Introduction to Xinxin Company: Li Minzhou (1881-1936), born in Shiqi, Xiangshan, is the founder of Xinxin Company. When he was 18 years old, he went to Australia to make a living. He first opened a small grocery store and then also engaged in import and export wholesale. In 1914, he cooperated with others to operate real estate. In 1926, he founded Shanghai Xinxin Company with fellow villager Liu Xiji and others. Mainly engaged in Chinese and Western department stores. It also operates hotels, restaurants, theaters, radio stations, restaurants, etc. It is the only large-scale department store company among the four major department stores that is registered with the Chinese government.
