It is currently used by Shenyang Industrial and Commercial Bank of China. On July 17, 1996, it was established as: Shenyang Cultural Relics Protection Unit. Yokohama Shokin Bank Fengtian Branch is located on the west side of Zhongshan Plaza. It was first built in 1924 and completed on September 30, 1925. It is the branch of Yokohama Shokin Bank in Fengtian. Before the founding of the People's Republic of China, it was the Far Eastern Bank, and after 1949 it was changed to the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China.
