Introduction to the Liangmao Pengdun site: The Liangmao Pengdun site is a Neolithic age site with an area of ​​about 1,700 square meters and a cultural layer 1.5 meters thick. The unearthed relics include cauldrons, tripods, legs, stone axes, stone adzes, and stone arrowheads. , stone chisels, stone sickles, stone spinning wheels, stone knives, stone earth breakers, etc. The pottery quality is mainly red pottery with sand, followed by muddy red and gray pottery. The decorations are mainly plain, with a few decorated with rope patterns and scratches. This site has irreplaceable value for the study of Zhoushan history and mainland culture, as well as for the spread of it eastward to Japan. In August 1997, it was announced as a cultural relic protection unit in Zhejiang Province.
