Introduction to Angel Pier: The famous "Angel Pier" is a rock peak that rises about 457 meters from the bottom of the valley. Visitors can climb this windswept peak along the West Rim Trail, one of the most beautiful trails in the American West. This zigzag trail winds up the canyon wall to Refrigerator Canyon. Many visitors take a break in a ravine filled with pine and maple trees before climbing the steep switchbacks. A narrow mountain road leads directly to the peak of "Angel Wharf". The stone walls on both sides of the mountain road are more than 300 meters high, but people have carved stone steps into the rocks and added iron chains to protect them, making the mountain road very safe. The beautiful scenery at the top is definitely worth the hard climb. Standing here, you can see the magnificent scenery: a 360-degree panoramic view of Zion Canyon.
