Time distance : 2 days | 940 kilometers |
Get up early and set off to visit the Anjihai Grand Canyon, 70 kilometers southeast of Kuitun.
Kuitun Anjihai Grand Canyon is located in the Anjihai River area of Shawan County. It is also called Hongshan Grand Canyon by locals. It is about 20-30 kilometers long and the deepest is about 300-400 meters. The landforms on both sides of the canyon are different. On one side is the Gobi. On the other side are rolling mountains, forming a sharp contrast. This is a must-visit place for many photography enthusiasts. Travel agencies generally do not offer this attraction. It was said that the place was not particularly difficult to find in the past, but now map software can directly navigate there.
The Grand Canyon is located at the Hongshan Coal Mine of the Seventh Agricultural Division. The deepest, most dangerous and strange section of the canyon is the section starting from the old part of the Hongshan Coal Mine of the Seventh Agricultural Division. The Anjihai Grand Canyon has never been developed. It is a relatively remote place. Many locals may not know it. The reason why it has not been developed is because the canyon is located at the junction of three districts and counties. It is left alone and preserved because it is not developed. It's very good, and they don't charge admission. There is only a couple selling stones, setting up a stall at Mizoguchi. There is a small road coming down from National Highway 312. The road conditions are poor at first and the road is under construction. The second half of the road is an asphalt road. It is not a problem to drive at a speed of 100 yards. There are few cars on the road.
After a photo shoot and a chat with the jade seller, we drove another 70 kilometers to eat the so-called authentic Da Pan Chicken at the Shawan County Da Pan Chicken Store. Where did Shawan Chicken come from? It is said that in the early years, a master chef from Sichuan came to Shawan County to escape the war. He chose to open a small restaurant next to National Highway 312 and made a living selling fried noodles and noodles. , business goes up and down. One day in the early 1980s, a driver came to a small shop for dinner and casually said to him: "Fried noodles and mixed noodles are too dry. Please fry me a spicy chicken, add more soup, and stir in some noodles for me." together'. This sentence reminded the old master, so he spread the word to ten people, and the dish became famous all over the country. After the reform and opening up, many Sichuan people came to Xinjiang. Sichuan people know how to eat and dare to eat. Most of them are engaged in manual labor. People who do manual labor have a big appetite. How can we eat in an economical and affordable way? Sichuan people and locals studied and experimented together. Finally, they cooked a whole chicken and related vegetables, and a delicacy was born. They named this delicacy "Big Plate Chicken", and since then its deliciousness and affordable prices have become popular. Xinjiang, in recent years, it has spread to the inland and coastal areas, and even abroad.
After eating a large plate of chicken, we bypassed Urumqi and rushed to Qitai County via Fukang to rest.
Qitai was very satisfied with this dinner.
The next day , Qitai to Hami.
