• Entering the wonderland for the first time to enjoy spring tea
When the car drove into the hotel, the first thing that struck me was the mist-covered fairy bridge in the misty rain. On the lake on both sides of the bridge, mist curls up, making it feel like stepping into a fairyland on earth.
The bridge is not long, the fog dissipates, and the gray walls and sand tiles of Huizhou buildings suddenly come into view. The buildings stand on both sides of the river bank, half hidden behind the lush green bamboos, pines and cypresses. As far as the eye can see, I can only marvel.
Park your car in the parking lot and check in with your bags. I took a short nap in the room and then set out to wander outside around two o'clock.
When we came to the "water and sky" where most people checked in, we stood on the water bank and gradually looked up from the sparkling blue water. The mountains in the distance were only shallow gray shadows, mixed with the aqua blue. The sky is close to each other, and for a moment I can't tell whether what I see is a painting or a scene.
The torch pool outside the lobby and the atrium pool in the lobby are on the same central axis as the "water and sky". The three waters are Miao, which means auspiciousness. Therefore, it is also the first choice for couples to hold their wedding ceremony in the hotel.
Back indoors, walking on the calfskin floor, walking through the long corridor, and going down to the outside on the first floor.
The wisteria is in full bloom, and a touch of light color adds a touch of comfort to this leisurely afternoon. As I was talking, I heard the sound of ducks "quacking" in my ears. I leaned on the railing and looked down at the water. It turned out that the ducks were paddling towards us with their webbed feet.
When walking in the direction you are going, you can see many "ink lanterns" hanging high along the road. Everywhere you go, the patterns on the lanterns above your head are always different. This is actually one of the four scenic spots of Park Hyatt. Each set of lanterns has a different meaning and theme, symbolizing the graceful, tender, rich and gorgeous Jiangnan style.
In just a few steps, I saw the pointed Dayan Lighthouse. Standing on the bridge, I saw twelve lighthouses extending from the hotel to Dongqian Lake, six on each side, each with a five-story tower shape. Together with the atrium landscape pool, water and sky and infinity swimming pool in the lobby area, they form the central axis of the hotel. The lighthouse lights up at night, and this area of water is slowly lit up, much like the fishing lanterns that guide fishing boats into the harbor. It exudes a bit of warmth and adds peace of mind to the guests living here.
There is a stone signboard, a high wooden door, and the word "Tea Garden", which you can see above. This place was formerly the Dai Shi Chuan Auditorium in the Qing Dynasty. According to "Dongqian Lake Chronicles", it was built in the first year of Xianfeng. It is a characteristic Jiangnan building in the Qing Dynasty and was used as a national grain depot from 1954 to 1971. Today, as a tea garden, it still retains high thresholds, wide window sills, and low attics.
The sun shines slantingly on the corner of the black-tiled white wall, and the scene in the mansion a thousand years ago seems to emerge before your eyes. Sit on the edge of the window, sip the fragrance of tea, and tease the myna in the birdcage. You say "hello" and it says "hello" back to you. It's wonderful.
• Various colorful dots are eye-catching
After passing Tea Garden and walking forward, you will come to "Hong", which was formerly Pei Jun Temple. According to "Dongqian Lake Chronicles", the temple was built in 1240 By 1250, the fourth year of Tongzhi in the Qing Dynasty, they moved here. It was more like a memorial hall than a temple. Later the interior was redesigned and turned into the "red" bar it is today.
It was around three o'clock in the afternoon, so it was a good time to go back to Yuexuan for afternoon tea. Passing through the peninsula residential area along the way, as I walked, I felt like I was traveling through the different flavors of Jiangnan.
Yuexuan is located opposite the water area of Dayan Lighthouse. It is a full-time restaurant full of home style. When you walk into the restaurant, you can see a large number of cinnamon, pepper, black fungus and other grain decorations. I have to say that Yuexuan understands Chinese people very well. An emphasis on family.
We chose an outdoor seat and basked in the warm sun. A group of four ordered a winter afternoon tea set, which included grilled eggplant rolls, Southeast Asian-style shrimp balls, porcini mousse finger puffs, and Boston lobster egg tarts. Serve with two bitter lattes. I looked up at the lake and mountains on the other side, lowered my head to take a sip of sweetness, and heard the words "Mi Taoism is good" from the next table in my ears. Yes, yes, there is no more pleasant afternoon tea than this.
At 3:30 in the afternoon, after filling up on sugar, I walked back to the room casually, leaning on the balcony of the room for a winter sunbath, letting the anxiety and fatigue in my body evaporate with the projection of the sun, leaving me feeling refreshed. When it’s time to have dinner, you can go out and look for food.
• Great food and great views at night
Dinner was arranged at "Qianhu Fishing Port". If the Park Hyatt in Melbourne has Radii and the Park Hyatt in Tokyo has New York Grill, then the Park Hyatt in Ningbo has Qianhu Fishing Port. As the only Black Pearl Two Diamond restaurant in Ningbo, Qianhu Fishing Port has been on the list for three consecutive years. A Chinese-style fishing village structure group, the independent indoor and outdoor villas are a self-contained box, connected by classical houses, wooden screens and small bridges, echoing the magnificence of Dongqian Lake not far away.
Fish and shrimp are indispensable on the dining table of Ningbo people all year round. East China Sea drunken flower snails, Xiangshan seafood braised white goose, hand-shredded lamb tail bamboo shoots, Qiuai pickled vegetables and bean paste are served on the table first, followed by yellow croaker soup and fried oil. River shrimp, scallion oil Qianhu fish, fragrant meat platter, seafood and potherb stewed handmade old tofu, ordinary ingredients of Ningbo people create an unusual taste.
Stepping into the night, either by candlelight on the bridge or by raising a lantern to dispel the darkness surrounding you, this is the greatest joy of the day. Have a good sleep this night.

At eight o'clock the next morning, I woke up to the sunlight that could be felt through the curtains.
• Play in the water, take a break and enjoy the boat ride
Go for a swim in the swimming pool on the first floor to energize yourself for the day. The temperature inside the swimming pool is suitable, so you won't feel cold when swimming in winter. When you are tired from swimming, you can hang out on the sofa by the pool. There are also lounge chairs for lounging on the balcony outside the pool.
After breakfast and a short rest, we boarded the boat at ten o'clock on time for a boat trip around the lake. "The smoke in the boat is shallow, and the blue sun is faint in the sky." There are mountains, rivers, temples, and gardens in Jiangnan water towns, but how can there be a small boat missing?
In the spring, the warm breeze is blowing. Standing on the open platform on the second floor, you can see Tianluo Mountain, the White House, Dongqian Lake Water Park and Xiaoputuo Scenic Area along the way. The cruise lasted for an hour, where we chatted or tasted delicious food. When we got off the boat, we were still reluctant to leave, saying that we had not fully enjoyed the scenery of the lake and mountains.
• Cycling around Xiao Putuo
After lunch at noon, the sun was nice and we rode a bicycle to Xiao Putuo Scenic Area, which is 1.5 kilometers away from the Park Hyatt.
I feel envious when I see people sitting on the lawn having picnics along the way. Of course, it is also very satisfying to buy a small kite outside the scenic area and take it to an open place with few people inside the scenic area to fly the kite.
Speaking of Xiao Putuo, you must go to see Guanyin on the water. The white Guanyin statue is independent in the middle of the water, echoing the Xiayu Zen Temple on the opposite bank, revealing its unique tranquility and compassion. At the sightseeing bus boarding point on the side, we took the bus back to the main entrance. This was the perfect end to our two days and one night of leisurely travel.
