Yaodong Coastline is located in Cangnan, starting from Changsha Village and ending at Yaodong Village. It is 6.7 kilometers long and takes about 6 hours. It is a relatively classic coastline. On the way, we passed Changsha Beach, Nanpingao Beach, Yiwuao 1 Beach, Yiwuao 2 Beach, and Guixinao Beach. Crossing the Yaodong coastline, you can watch the vast sea under the blue sky, listen to the sound of the waves, and look at the rows of huge windmills on the opposite island. The beautiful scenery of the beach is displayed one after another, and the scenery is infinitely beautiful, making you yearn for it.

It departs from Wenzhou city at 7:30 and arrives at the starting point of Changsha Village at around 9:20, which is about a two-hour drive. When we arrived at the starting point of Changsha Village, we were very excited to see the first beach. Every team member took out their mobile phones to take pictures. Changsha Beach is the longest beach on this coastline. It is an open beach. There is a long viewing corridor and pavilion on the beach shore. There must be many tourists here in summer. Winter is now the off-season, there are no tourists coming to play, and the beach looks a bit deserted. However, the deserted beach looks clean and quiet. The sunlight shines on the sea level, reflecting the silver-white sparkling sea surface, and the golden beach, contrasting with the white sea surface, weakens the golden color and looks lighter and quieter. At this moment, the sun, blue sky, beach, and white waves create a peaceful and romantic picture. It is really beautiful!

We stepped on the beach, leaving footprints one by one. As the footprints went away, we also left Changsha Beach and headed for the coastline. Looking back at Changsha, the white tile-roofed houses, the red promenade, the golden beach, and the white waves lapping at the beach make people nostalgic and forgetful. To be honest, I was really reluctant to leave. If I hadn't driven away from the coastline, I really wanted to stay and play more. But I also thought that the beautiful coastline scenery was waiting for me behind, so I’d better hurry up and walk along the coastline! As for Changsha Beach, you can bring your family here to play in the future.

I jumped on the rocks on the coastline with big strides, followed closely behind the leader Amy, and soon I had to climb up the uneven rocks on the coastline and move forward with difficulty. There is cold sea water under my feet. Once I fall in, my whole body will be wet and cold. I don't want this. Therefore, when I climb, I am very careful, stick to the rock, step on the stone carefully with my feet, and hold the rock wall firmly with both hands. Even though I was careful, a wave came over and the rocks under my feet were quickly soaked by the sea water. One of my feet got wet before I could close it. I quickly raised my feet to climb the rock and climbed up quickly to avoid getting wet from the second wave. Amy, who was taking pictures in front, saw my feet getting wet and immediately reminded the team members to pay attention to safety.

Not long after walking, everyone was sweating profusely, and when they reached a rock where they could stand, they took off their coats. I was also very hot, so I took off my down jacket, leaving only a thin quick-drying long sleeve. Everyone took a short break and then moved on. On the rock in front, I suddenly saw a plant full of fruits. I didn't know what the fruits were called. There are green cone-shaped fruits hanging one by one, which look festive. I want to reach out and pick them, but I dare not pick them for fear that these fruits are poisonous. Later, in an outdoor group, someone posted information about this fruit, and I learned that this fruit is called Xili, also known as magnolia and stone wall lotus. It is also known as "Ghost Steamed Bun". It has different names in different places. It is a precious medicinal material that has the effects of activating blood circulation and promoting menstruation, reducing swelling and relieving pain, and promoting lactation.

Bypassing this patch of fruit, we reached the first difficult point of climbing. The difficulty here is the bare vertical stone wall, which can only be climbed close to the seaside. However, the grabbing point is too high, so it is still difficult to climb up without certain rock climbing skills. The little Yu'er who was walking in front climbed up at some point. With the help of another travel friend "every day", he took protective measures, put down the rope, and pulled his teammates up one by one. Due to the limited space for standing, when climbing, you can only climb up one person, then put the rope and pull up the second one. The team member who climbed first stood at the bottom of the rock climbing, while the team members who did not climb stood on a safer rock and waited. For the sake of safety, Xiaoyuer made a sleeve from the braided rope, which he used to wrap the climber's upper body. When climbing, the climber puts the rope on his upper body and pulls the rope at the same time. The person above also pulls the rope to assist the climber to come up. Under the excellent protection of the pioneer Xiao Yuer, our team members all came up safely.

After climbing over this difficult point, not long after walking, the front was blocked by a huge rock wall again. However, the predecessors left a rope on this rock wall, which was mainly used for rope climbing. The rope is a bit short and is not completely lowered to the bottom, so the climber uses his height advantage to pull the rope and still has a certain amount of arm strength to go up. The little fisherman saw that the rope was short, so he asked his teammates above to pull up the ladder rope and braiding rope, and make a protective cover as before. For the team members with certain arm strength, they put the rope around their bodies and pulled the ladder rope, and they came up easily. The team members below who are too weak to climb will cross through the nearby woods. I am a relatively fat person and my arm strength is not very strong. I didn’t even dare to think about it, so I walked around the nearby woods. I was also the last one to come up from the grove. When I came up, the team member monk was still digging something there. When I asked, it turned out that he was digging asparagus. Asparagus is a medicinal and edible plant with coniferous green leaves and roots developed into the shape of small sweet potatoes called Asparagus. Asparagus can be eaten as a health food and can also be used as medicine. It mainly has antioxidant and anti-aging effects, nourishes yin and moisturizes the lungs, is antibacterial and anti-inflammatory, and has anti-cancer effects.

We climbed down from the woods and joined the team members who climbed up the rock in front. Amy and the team members who walked in front stayed every day to wait for the team members behind. When I came, I saw a small difficulty that required assistance to get up. The difficulty lies in the fact that the rock is one meter high, and the lower part is semi-suspended. The smooth stepping points are difficult to step on. When climbing, the lower body is almost suspended in the air, and the person above needs to hold it in order to go up. Amy is directing from above, pulling the team members up every day. When going down, let the rope go down every day and let the team members pull the rope down. When all the team members passed smoothly, I was still worried about how the travel friend would get down and pass with the rope behind him, so I asked curiously: "Then how did you get down?" The travel friend smiled and said, "I don't need it." Just jump over the rope." After saying that, he jumped up and easily jumped over the rock we were standing on. At that time, I was dumbfounded, and I only admired the team members for their superb skills every day. Afterwards, we passed through the black rocks and came to a stretch of coastline with a wide view. This section of coastline is C-shaped, with a raised square stone at the beginning, which is particularly conspicuous. You can see fishing boats, docks, houses, hills, etc. in front of you. Against the blue sky and sunshine, they present a beautiful natural coastline scenery that is amazing. And every day, I sit on the protruding square rock and check the situation ahead. The sitting posture and demeanor give people an ethereal feeling, which embellishes the picture even more beautifully.

We crossed the C-shaped coastline and climbed on the steep rock walls. Everyone was like an ivy, and it was very exciting to walk. Passing through the C-shaped coastline, you have to climb over tall rocks in the air. The blue sky above us is within reach, but the steep rocks in front of us are heart-wrenching. This section of coastline makes people walk bumpy and uneasy, but also gives people a sense of energy and excitement. Everyone should smile when they stop, and don’t forget to take a passionate photo. Send your smile to every corner of the coastline and infect every team member who is advancing around you. If you really can’t walk anymore, you will stop to enjoy the sea breeze, lower your head and meditate, and be influenced by the passion of the sea.

We are about to arrive at the dock, so everyone speeds up the pace. Climbing the coastline after being exposed to the sun for a long time feels very hot, especially for a fat person like me who is particularly afraid of heat. When I saw a shady place under a tree, I immediately stopped to rest. Amy, who was taking pictures of me in front, kept shouting at me to take pictures in the sun to look better and not to hide in the shade of trees, but I refused to agree and insisted on taking pictures in the shade of trees, ha! The teammates in front were already far away, and I also accelerated my pace behind them to catch up. When we came to a cliff, we couldn't cross it, so we had to go around through the woods. The woods are overgrown with weeds and there are thorny vines everywhere. Even though I was wearing long sleeves, my hands were still bleeding from the cuts on the thorny tree vines. Moving forward was extremely slow and difficult. Every step I took felt like I was being hung by a rope. Since there were no road signs and the weeds were thick, I couldn't see what was going on above or below. I felt like a headless fly. I suddenly had no direction and was scurrying around, walking only by feeling. If you really can't find the direction, just shout and listen to the echo of the teammates in front to determine the direction. Finally, guided by the voice of a teammate, we found the route to the coastline. When I came down and saw the empty coastline again, I suddenly felt relaxed and unhappy. I said in my heart: "Thank God! I finally escaped from hell!" And Amy and Monk, who were behind the team, were on the opposite shore. Digging asparagus on the rocks with gusto.

We continued walking towards the coastline, and not long after we walked, we came to the second beach - Nanpingao Beach. Zhangcuo Village on Nanpingao Beach is now an uninhabited village. Some houses have been uninhabited for a long time, and the entire roof was blown away by the typhoon, leaving everything inside empty and covered with grass. The stone arch bridge in the village has also become a historic decoration. Under the stone arch bridge is black sewage, which makes people sick. Seeing a few small fishing boats parked on the beach gave people hope, proving that this place was also a prosperous fishermen's village before. This beach is not clean and littered with rubbish everywhere. Despite this, the team members were very happy to take photos on the beach to prove that they had traveled through time.

We climbed up along the beach to reach Nanpingao Pier. This pier is quite prosperous, with many fishing boats parked there. There is a convenience store on the pier, opened by an old couple. There are many fishermen cooking noodles in this convenience store. Amy and Monk, who were waiting in line behind us, also came over, and we had lunch at this convenience store at noon. In addition to buying some snacks and water, this convenience store is used to cook noodles, so team members who did not bring more food cooked noodles here. A bowl of dried egg powder costs 10 yuan, which is not very expensive. It is basically the same as in Wenzhou city. Seafood is sold on the pier. Baskets of fresh shrimps only cost 80 yuan for four kilograms. It is still very cheap at 20 yuan for one kilogram. It is said that fresh shrimps sell for 40 to 51 pounds at urban markets. A travel friend named Guangmingluo saw so much fresh seafood for only 20 yuan a pound, so he bought all four pounds. Since there was no ice, I was afraid that it would become smelly if we had to climb the coastline for a long time, so we simply cooked everything and shared it with everyone. As a result, we had a few delicious shrimps on our egg noodles. Here, I am very grateful to the shrimp lady who generously shared the delicious food.

After the meal, many travel friends went to buy seafood from local fishermen. Since all the current stocks were sold out and new ones had not arrived, they could not make any purchases on the spot. However, the fishermen agreed to drive the goods to Kasumigaseki vegetable market. Later, the fishermen failed to deliver because there was no new product, and the purchase of a large amount of seafood suddenly came to nothing. Everyone felt a bit regretful. We rested at the pier for a while and then continued towards the coastline. Standing on the seawall and taking photos, whether with your back to the sea or facing the sea, taking photos with rows of fishing boats and distant mountains and islands, it feels particularly beautiful. Walking out of the pier, not far ahead is Laosha Pier. It’s amazing to see sand pulled up from the sea and piled on the shore in piles that look like a hill. Standing at Laosha Pier and looking at the sea in the distance, it is still very refreshing.

Walking along the sandy seawall, there is no road ahead at the end. You must rappel from the seawall to the bottom and walk along the coastline. Although the height is not high here, it is still a bit difficult to go vertically. Thankfully there is a tire hanging on a rope as a stepping point. However, when going down, you still need to tie a ladder rope to it to ensure your descent. Since the descent was slow, the teammates who came from behind lined up at the lower point of the seawall. When it was my turn to go down, I saw that the bottom was straight, and I was still a little scared. I grabbed the rope hard, listened to my teammates’ instructions, and slowly came down.

Come below, because the water has not completely ebbed yet, you cannot pass through the coastline below. So, everyone waited below for the water to recede. The little Yu'er, who was in the vanguard, felt that waiting for the tide to recede was not an option, so he stepped forward and tried to climb the rock wall alone, climbing over the high rock wall and reaching a cliff where he could stand. The people below were afraid of the danger of climbing with bare hands, so they kept shouting below: "Little fisherman, don’t climb with bare hands! Danger! Don’t climb! ! Danger! ! ! " Xiao Yuer did not listen to the advice of his teammates and continued to climb. I saw him quickly climbing to the base of a rock wall, and then observing the starting point of the route up the cliff. After observing and finding the stepping points to climb the route, Xiao Yuer made a decisive climbing move: I saw him standing firmly on the cliff below to step on the climbing route, and then quickly grabbed the two gaps in the cliff with both hands, just like that , the whole person is like a gecko sticking firmly to the cliff. Then, he quickly released his hand to grab a holding point on the top, and moved his lower foot quickly to a stepping point. He touched the water like a dragonfly, pushed hard, and quickly climbed to the top under the action of inertia. The whole climbing process was agile, fast and coherent, crisp and neat, without any slack. The people watching below were stunned. At first, everyone was worried that it would be risky for Xiao Yuer to climb such a cliff with bare hands without any protection. But when the little fisherman climbed up quickly and easily, the people below all screamed in surprise and clapped their hands repeatedly. This was the first time I saw an outdoor rock climbing expert climbing with bare hands. I was surprised to see it live and admired the courage and skill of the climbers. I couldn’t help but admire Xiao Yuer and silently gave him a thumbs up. The little fisherman who climbed up to the top protected himself, put down the rope and ordered the capable team members below to come up to help. Now, there are team members who have trained in downhill and pull the rope up every day to act as the second vanguard to assist the little fishermen. The little fisher used a rope to make a loop to easily pull the team members' upper bodies, and another rope to pull the team members every day. With double protection in place, some team members began to climb up with courage, and climbed up without any danger.

There are some rocks at the bottom that are quite beautiful to take pictures with. Some of the bored team members waiting below climbed on a rock to take pictures. They sat in a natural posture with their heads slightly raised and looked forward. It was quite artistic. Seeing how artistically the team members took photos, I climbed up and took a photo, and the teammates behind me also followed. In this way, I took a photo for the first time on this rock with my new travel friend Zheng Jian, leaving a wonderful memory.

The ebb tide of the sea water was too slow, and the people below were impatient to wait, so they all stepped forward and climbed over the rock wall. When it was my turn to go up, because of my heavy weight, I was worried that the little fisherman pulling the rope would not be able to pull up every day, so I couldn't help but feel frightened and trembling. The little fisher standing on top saw my fear and immediately comforted and encouraged me not to be afraid, saying that the top would protect me and pull me up. With the encouragement of Xiao Yuer, I mustered up the courage, stood firm on my feet, wrapped my body with a noose, and held on to the other rope with both hands. The little fisher above and Tian Tian saw that I was ready, so they worked together to pull me up. When I came up and looked at the cliff below, I couldn't help but break into a cold sweat. The team members who had passed away had become famous overseas and were responsible for taking photos of the whole process from the other end. I also quickly took photos of Pioneer Xiao Yuer and the others, looking back at the thrilling climbing experience just now, and motivating myself not to worry about the thrilling climbs ahead.

After this difficulty, go around a rock wall and climb up. You will see white leaves with yellow flowers on the rock wall. It looks like Qingming grass, but not exactly like it, because the leaves of Qingming grass are green. of. I don’t know what this plant is called, but the buds and blooms added a lot of fun to our trip.

Bypassing the budding white plants, you can see the team members in front sitting on a rock slope to rest and wait. I crawled over and found a shady place to sit down and rest. I took out my SLR and took some photos. It was quite interesting to look at the photos I had taken. The teammate who took the good photo climbed up from the cliff with great difficulty, while Amy and the pioneer Xiao Yuer who were behind them also came up. Pioneer Xiao Yuer went over to explore the thrilling route below again. The team members behind lined up again.

This time it is a difficult abseil. The visual height is seven or eight meters. Without rappelling equipment, it is still a bit difficult to abseil. Little fisherman and every day, do a good job in rope protection. Xiao Yuer went down alone to protect the rope, and then directed the abseil team members above to pay attention to the stepping points and methods. And every day, he stands on top and is responsible for protecting the roping team members from going down. Xiao Yuer and Tian Tian cooperated tacitly, and our team members were also very capable and bold. When they went down one by one, they were calm and comfortable, and they raised their heads from time to time without forgetting close-ups. Amy, who was standing on top and waiting, followed the passionate music played and followed the rhythm of the music, shaking her hands and moving her body to dance. Amy's fiery dancing suddenly ignited the whole abseiling fun. All the team members were smiling and rappelling freely. When it was my turn to rappel, the relaxed and happy atmosphere at the scene also ignited the passion in my heart and made me no longer afraid. However, due to the heavy weight of my body, it was still very difficult to pull the rope down and my arm strength was insufficient. During the descent, I obviously felt that my arms were numb, and my feet were a bit difficult to control. When I came down, I obviously felt a cramp in my left thigh. I was lying on the ground in pain and couldn't move. Amy saw my thigh cramps and quickly came over to massage me. Under Amy's careful massage, my thigh cramps were relieved and I could finally stand up and walk. Here, a big thank you to the team leader Amy.

When the last team member of rappelled safely and left, the pioneer Xiao Yuer left with confidence. When leaving, he also told the team behind him to pay attention to safety every day. I can see from a distance that every day I tie a slip knot with a single rope and then pull the whole rope down. A perfect rope-retracting action ended the difficulty of this abseil. Here, I am very grateful to the pioneer Xiao Yuer and the second pioneer for their help every day, allowing the team members to pass the difficult points safely and smoothly. Looking back at the coastline from this difficult point, we can clearly see the starting point of Changsha Beach. We have only walked half of the entire distance of 3 kilometers. couldn't help but sigh: The coastline is winding and hard to walk!

Moving forward and continuing along the coastline, we came to the third beach - Yiwuao No. 1 Beach. This beach is not very big, but it is much cleaner than the second Nanpingao Beach, and the scenery is more beautiful than the previous one. Our group photo was taken here, and many travelers jumped on the beach to take photos. Under the blue sky and white clouds, each team member opened his heart, jumped up, and expressed the happiest joy in his heart together with the white-wave boat on the beach. It was so happy! Of course, I will not miss jumping on the beach to take pictures to express my happy mood.

It was past 2:40 at this time, and a large amount of seawater had receded, exposing clear stones. We could continue to climb the coastline by stepping on the stones. At the end of the beach, because the rocks at low tide are a bit slippery, the team members need to use ropes to go up for safety reasons. So, the queue formed again. Amy tries to create another climbing route. With the help of the monk, I climbed down halfway and came down again. Because the grabbing point above was too high, I had to get down and queue up to pull the rope up.

We crossed this beach and continued forward, and soon arrived at Yiwuao No. 2 Beach. This beach is right next to Yiwu Wharf. It is flat and has no special features, so everyone hurriedly passed through it and headed straight for the mountain road ahead to meet up with their teammates. At this time, Sui Yue Wu Hen, who was behind me, shouted loudly: "Hello! You've taken the wrong path! Instead of passing through the mountain, you have to keep going forward! Amy! Amy! You still have to go through Shadui Wharf, not take the mountain road! He was afraid that everyone would go the wrong way, so he continued to shout loudly: "Hello! You've taken the wrong path! Don't go up the mountain, go towards the pier coastline! "When Sui Yue Wu Hen saw that the team members in front of him ignored him, he hurried down the beach and ran over to speak to them in person. I followed closely behind him and passed by the sand pile at the pier. The team members on the road above were already ready to drop ropes to pull us up. When I came up, a group of team members gathered together to discuss with Xiaoyuer and Amy how to go. A dispute broke out between the two factions. The team members led by Xiao Yuer believed that the coastline behind was not long and it would be meaningless to go on, so it would be better to cross back early. On the other side, the team led by Amy thought that the remaining section was not long, so they just walked through it. The two teams were arguing, so Amy opened the track map to check. She saw that the coastline on the back of the track map was only 1.5 kilometers long. If you cut across the mountain road, it would be much longer than the coastline. In addition, we also have to consider that the mountain road cuts across the woods, which makes it difficult to walk. We have already experienced this in the Devil's Grove before. So, in the end, everyone agreed to walk the remaining 1.5 kilometers of coastline.

After unanimously agreeing, everyone took another step forward, bypassed Yiwuao Laosha Pier, and sprinted towards the last stretch of coastline again. After going through so many difficulties in the front, the latter part was relatively easy for us. Everyone walked calmly and calmly. We climbed over a big rock and saw water in front of us. We were not in a hurry to jump over, so we went around the water. We would rather walk a few more steps than take the risk of going too fast. Unknowingly, we encountered a cave in front. This cave was square in shape, about one meter high and one meter wide. I walked in and saw that there was nothing inside. This cave looks neat and tidy, not like a natural cave. It should be dug manually. The specific use is unknown. If my guess is correct, I think it is used to store food, right?

On the big rock in front of the cave, I thought the scenery was good, so I took a photo of the monk. This is the first time I met the monk while walking along the coastline. He is small in stature, but he looks very energetic and can climb rocks as briskly as a monkey. According to him, he once served in the military and has been training. He walks outdoors twice a week and runs every morning. I admire this very much. But what makes me think more is that the monk is still a very enthusiastic person and is willing to help others. This time on the coastline, when I first started walking along the coastline in the sun, I was obviously exhausted and my body felt very hot and uncomfortable, so I just rested in place and didn’t want to leave. The monk walking behind me saw this and took the initiative to give me his own coffee to replenish my energy. I felt very embarrassed to drink someone else’s food for the first time, so I politely declined. After I refused, the monk asked me to drink more water. I said that I had already drank half the bottle in the previous period. If I drank more, I would be full and I would be unable to walk. But the monk was not at ease and took the initiative to take out a bottle of mineral water that I had already drank from the side pocket of my backpack. He unscrewed the cap himself and handed the unscrewed bottle to me to drink, while the cap was firmly on the In my hand, I was afraid that I wouldn’t take a few sips and took it to cover it. When I drank all the remaining water, the monk gave me the cap and reminded me to tighten the cap, not to throw away the empty bottle, and to pay attention to environmental protection. I am particularly touched by the monk’s actions towards me. I am very grateful to the monk. I also deeply feel that there is true love in the outdoors.

It was impossible to get through the top of the cave, so we went back down and walked along the coastline. At this time, a large number of black rocks were exposed on the coastline after the low tide, and we did not need to climb so high. However, walking through this section, the rocks ahead are bumpy and undulating. There was a long groove between the rocks at one section, and the water could not recede, so we could not walk. So, everyone climbed over from the higher rock wall. After walking through this bumpy and undulating coastline, we arrived at the last beach - Guixin'ao Beach. This beach is buried relatively deep and can only be seen when the tide is low. The beach is very clean without any pollution. The rocks on the beach seem to have grown out of the beach, and are particularly spiritual. A rock split into two inverted triangles and appeared on the beach not far away. Under the blue sky and white clouds, it stood out from the crowd, forming a unique seascape that constantly attracted team members to take pictures. Such a clean and beautiful beach, how could I miss taking pictures. I immediately stopped the monk and took a 180-degree close-up of my whole body. Looking at the beautiful photos, I feel very beautiful. I feel very happy and satisfied.

After taking the photo, the monk was like a child, catching small crabs in the pile of rocks in front. He turned over a stone, caught a small crab himself, and held it up to me with a smile. After a while, he put the small crab in his mouth, chewed it and ate it with relish, and said with interest: "Yes! The small crab is very sweet and delicious when eaten raw." In addition to the small crab, the monk also used a knife to pry the small crab. Opening the oysters on the stone wall, when the fresh oyster meat came out, he lowered it into his mouth and ate it without hesitation. Southerners like to eat oysters raw. I have eaten them too and they are delicious. Unfortunately, I didn’t have a knife to dig around, so I could only drool as I looked at the white oyster shells on the rock wall. ha! In addition to oysters and crabs, I also saw screws and shells densely packed on the rock wall that were familiar but I didn’t know what they were called.

As we walked forward, there were excavators digging and building roads, which was difficult to walk on, so we decided to build a road section in front that cuts across to the highway above, and the coastline ends here. The few of us walking at the end, guided by Amy’s shouts, also crossed from the coast of the road construction section to the highway above. The scenery from the highway above is wider and different. After walking along the cement mountain road, we arrived at the end and saw the car we packed parked on the mountain road. It was around four o'clock in the afternoon, the sun began to set, and a fish scale cloud appeared in the west. It was so beautiful! The fish scale cloud fluttered in the wind, as if waving to us, welcoming us back in triumph. We happily got in the car and ended this happy coastline trip.

I returned to Wenzhou at around six o'clock and ended the whole trip. This time I walked along the coastline really hard and very tired, but I was very touched and felt very happy and satisfied.
