The Dawu Hubei-Henan Border Region Revolutionary Martyrs Cemetery is a memorial cemetery built to commemorate the martyrs who sacrificed their lives for the revolutionary cause in the Hubei-Henan Border Region and Dawu Mountain Area, so that future generations can remember the great achievements of the martyrs. It is one of the top ten cemeteries in China. The Hubei-Henan Border Region Revolutionary Martyrs Cemetery is located at the west foot of Jianggang Mountain on the east bank of the East River in Chengguan Town, Dawu County, Hubei. It was completed in 1984. The former national president Li Xiannian personally inscribed the name of the park.

To commemorate the revolutionary martyrs, the Hubei Provincial People's Government decided to build the Hubei-Henan Border Region Revolutionary Martyrs Cemetery in Dawu County in 1974. On November 6, 1984, after the project was completed, the Hubei Provincial Committee of the Communist Party of China and the Provincial People's Government held a grand inauguration ceremony. The entire cemetery covers an area of ​​230 acres, with the Revolutionary Martyrs Monument on the top of Jianggang Mountain, the Central Plains Breakout Monument on the top of Golden Turtle Mountain, and the Revolutionary Martyrs Memorial Hall at the bottom of the mountain as the main body.
