Scenic spot introduction:

Longquan Temple was built in the third year of Chengsheng of Liang Shizu in the Northern and Southern Dynasties (554). It was originally called "Xishan Temple" and was rebuilt in the 13th year of Dazhong of Tang Dynasty (859). During the Xiantong period, Emperor Yizong felt the auspiciousness of "a green dragon appearing in a well" and specially awarded a plaque "Longquan Temple". The five undulating peaks around Longquan Temple are Wanniu, Guipin, Lotus, Xianguan and Yunti Peak. "Five Peaks" has been one of the twelve scenic spots in Changle since ancient times. The temple is built on the mountain and is located in a small basin surrounded by five peaks. The mountain gate faces the sea gate, and the mountains and rivers are connected with each other. It is known as the "Maitreya Five Blessing Bag".
