The length is 440 meters and there are 3 holes in the spillway section. From July 11 to 14, and from August 9 to 16, 1997, the dam opened its gates twice to release floods. The lake water poured out from the gates, accompanied by thunderous whistling sounds, and rolled up thousands of piles of snow, like a river. This picture of dragons making waves in the sea is very spectacular.
