Hu Yaobang's Hometown Tourist Area is located on the bank of Minxi River in Cangfang Community, Zhonghe Town, 46 kilometers northwest from Liuyang City. The planned area of the scenic spot is 3 square kilometers, with a core area of 1 square kilometers. Currently, there are Hu Yaobang's Former Residence, Yaobang's Former Residence Exhibition Hall, Yaobang Square, Hu's Ancestral Hall, Hu's Ancestral Tomb, Hu's Old Well, and Peach Blossom Bookstore. Bus route: Take the minibus to Zhonghe Town in Liuyang City, departure time is 9:00, 10:00, 11:00, 13:00, 14:30, 15:00, 16:30; or Liuyang City Take a bus to Wenjia City, then transfer to Zhonghe Town; after arriving in Zhonghe Town, you can go to the scenic spot for motorcycle rides.

The battery tour bus in the scenic area runs from the visitor center to Qianping of the former residence, without stopping on the way. The operating time is 08:30 → 17:00 in summer and 08:30 → 16:30 in winter.
