Scenic spot introduction:
Shanghai Xintiandi is an urban tourist attraction that showcases the historical and cultural features of Shanghai. It is a leisure pedestrian street integrating catering, commerce, entertainment and culture based on the unique old Shikumen buildings in Shanghai. With the fusion of Chinese and Western, and the combination of old and new as the keynote, it integrates Shanghai's traditional Shikumen lanes with modern new buildings. Xintiandi is located on the south side of Huaihai Middle Road, east to Huangpi South Road, west to Madang Road, north along Taicang Road, and south to Zizhong Road. It covers an area of 30,000 square meters. It is a symbol of Shanghai fashion and a concentrated embodiment of Shanghai culture.Attractions distribution:
Outside the door is the charming Shikumen alley, and inside the door is a completely modern lifestyle. It seems like a world away. Xintiandi is divided into two parts, Nanli and Beili. Nanli is dominated by modern buildings, supplemented by old Shikumen buildings. Beili is mainly based on the preservation of old Shikumen buildings, with new and old dialogues and complementing each other. In Beili, it seems as if time has gone back. Surrounded by old Shikumen buildings from the beginning of the last century, the interior has been transformed into restaurants, bars, cafes, etc. The open-air seats are full of people of different skin colors, just like coming to the United Nations General Assembly. The consumption is also internationalized; in Nanli stands a huge crystal palace, a one-stop consumption experience for shopping, eating, and watching movies. Yesterday is today's history, and tomorrow is today's creation. Shanghai Xintiandi has rewritten the history of Shikumen and injected new vitality into Shikumen, which has already become a historical relic.Scenic spot qualifications:
