Scenic spot introduction:

Yushan has a long history and rich natural and cultural landscapes. It is a bright pearl embedded in the center of the city. Yushan is located in the southeast corner of Gulou District, the center of Fuzhou City. Because there was a "Yuyue clan" living here in ancient times, it was commonly known as Yushan. According to legend, the nine brothers of the He family made elixirs here during the Han Dynasty, so it is also known as Jiuxian Mountain. It is also called Jiuri Mountain because Wuzhu, the king of Minyue, feasted in the mountain for nine days. The mountain is shaped like a giant Ao, with its peak at an altitude of 58.6 meters, standing side by side with Wushan Mountain and Pingshan Mountain.

Yushan Scenic Area has beautiful scenery and has always been a tourist attraction. In ancient times, there were six Ao scenic spots such as Lan'ao Pavilion, Yi'ao Xuan, Bu'ao Po, Ying'ao Stone, Jie'ao Gate, and Tower Ao Peak, as well as 24 wonders such as the Alchemy Well, Nine Immortals Temple, and Pingyuan Terrace, which were called Da'ao. 24 Wonderful scene, it gradually fell into disrepair due to disrepair after the Republic of China.
