Scenic spot introduction:

The Laoshan Scenic Area in Qingdao stands on the coast of the Yellow Sea and is known as the "No. 1 famous mountain on the sea". The mountain is full of strange rocks and caves, clear springs and waterfalls, and winding paths. It is the main mountain range on the Shandong Peninsula. The highest peak, Laoding, is 1,133 meters above sea level. There is an old saying in the local area: "Although Mount Tai is high in the clouds, it is not as high as Laoshan in the East China Sea." The connection between mountains and sea, the beauty of the mountains and the sea, is the characteristic of the scenery of Laoshan. It is the only mountain in the country that rises from the sea.
The coastline around Laoshan is 87 kilometers long, and there are 18 islands of various sizes along the coast, which constitute the sea wonders of Laoshan. In ancient times, people called Laoshan "the home of immortals and the palace of spirits". It is said that Qin Shihuang and Emperor Wu of Han both came here to seek immortality. Laoshan is a famous Taoist mountain in my country. In its heyday, there were "Nine Palaces, Eight Temples and Seventy-two Temples". There were thousands of Taoists in the whole mountain. Famous Taoist figures such as Qiu Changchun and Zhang Sanfeng practiced Taoism here. Most of the original Taoist temples have been destroyed, and the ones that have been preserved are as follows: Taiqing Palace It is the largest in scale and has the longest history.

The Laoshan Scenic Area mainly includes Jufeng, Liuqing, Taiqing, Chessboard Stone , Yangkou, Beijiushui There are several tourist areas in Hualou, including Liuqing-Taiqing- Chessboard Stone —Yangkou is on the same tour line. Tourists can visit the scenic spots in the scenic area through four routes, namely the south line, the east line, the middle line, and the waterway. In addition, the twelve scenic spots of Laoshan include: Kyoto Peak Sunrise , Dragon Pond Sprays Rain , Bright clouds scattered , Taiqing Shuiyue , Haijiao Xiandun , Narayana Caves , Cloud Cave Pines , Lion Ridge Clouds , Hualou stacked stone , Nine Waters Bright Ripples , Rock Waterfall Sound , Bamboo Spring .

How to get there:

Getting There:

Laoshan is divided into Beijiushui The four scenic spots of Hualou, Yangkou, Jufeng and Taiqing are in different locations and require different bus routes.

1) Beijiushui : Take bus No. 619, East Bus Station - Beijiushui , the whole journey costs 2 yuan; or take bus 365, 110, 311, 112 to [Wolong Village], and then walk.

2) Hualou: Take bus No. 365, 110, 311, or 112 to Lanjiazhuang, which costs RMB 4 to 6, and then walk.

3) Yangkou: Take bus No. 110, 312, 371, or 383 to Yangkou. The maximum fare is RMB 6.

4) Jufeng and Taiqing: Take bus No. 304, No. 104, No. 802 or No. 113 to Dahedong. The maximum fare is RMB 6.

Self-driving route: From Qingdao Railway Station, Ferry Terminal, Qianhai, Zhongshan Park and Qingdao Municipal Government to Laoshan, you can take Hong Kong Road or Donghai Road to Shilaoren, then take Zhanliu Main Road to Shazikou, the gateway to the southern foot of Laoshan, and enter the mountain area from Shazikou.
