Introduction to Haiyin Temple: Haiyin Temple was founded in the 16th year of Wanli in the Ming Dynasty (1588) and is located in front of Taiqing Palace in Wanggezhuang Town, Laoshan District. The eminent monk Hanshan of the Ming Dynasty began to build Haiyin Temple in front of the Sanqing Hall of Taiqing Palace in the thirteenth year of Wanli. It was completed in the sixteenth year of Wanli. In 1600, the emperor issued an order to destroy the temple and restore the palace, and now only the ruins of the temple remain.
