Scenic spot introduction:

Huairou Qinglong Gorge Scenic Area is a natural scenic area integrating green mountains, green water and the ancient Great Wall. There are many strange peaks and steep mountains in the area, and clear water flows frequently. It has the magnificence of high gorges and flat lakes, as well as the vicissitudes of the ancient Great Wall in the Ming Dynasty. It is known as the "Little Three Gorges outside the Great Wall".

Attractions distribution:

Qinglong Gorge is located at the pass of the ancient Great Wall in Huaibei Town, Huairou District, Beijing. The canyon is about ten miles long from north to south. It has majestic mountains and dense vegetation on both sides. The majestic reservoir dam divides the scenic area into two parts. The northern part is Gao Gorge. In Pinghu, tourists can take dragon boats, painted boats or speedboats along the winding waterway to enjoy the scenery on both sides of the river. On the east bank, there are bungee jumping, rock climbing, rappelling, and other fitness and entertainment projects; outside the dam is a quietly flowing stream, on which you can row, boat, etc. You can hold a bamboo raft and swim in the water in summer, or play football, volleyball, and sunbathe on the beach. There is also a well-preserved watchtower of the ancient Great Wall from the Ming Dynasty on the top of the canyon, attracting countless tourists to explore the historical sites.
