The China Fujian-Taiwan Marriage Museum is a national-level thematic museum that reflects the historical relationship between the motherland (Fujian) and the treasure island of Taiwan. It is located on the bank of the West Lake and at the foot of Qingyuan Mountain in the historical and cultural city of Quanzhou. It was officially opened to the public in May 2006. The museum covers an area of ​​154.2 acres, with a main building area of ​​23,332 square meters. It is divided into four floors. The first floor is the international academic lecture hall, and has temporary exhibition halls, warehouses, office areas and equipment rooms. The second floor is the comprehensive theme pavilion. The third floor is the comprehensive theme pavilion. The first floor is the thematic pavilion, and the fourth floor is the office space of the information and research center. The overall building adopts the design concept of "round sky and square earth", and uses the traditional architectural craftsmanship of "making bricks and inserting stone" from Fujian and Taiwan. The red and white colors are natural and fully reflect the humanistic spirit and regional characteristics of both sides of the Taiwan Strait.
