Suzhou Beita Baoen Temple, also known as Beisi Pagoda, is the oldest Buddhist temple in Suzhou. Its building was once the second largest building complex in Suzhou during the Song Dynasty. The Beisi Pagoda has a beautiful environment and a large scale. The towering pagoda overlooks the entire ancient city of Suzhou and is one of the symbols of Suzhou. The temple not only contains the most complete ancient Ming Dynasty building in Suzhou, but also houses the largest giant lacquer sculpture in the country, which reproduces the prosperity of Suzhou during the "Qianlong Age". Today, it has become a Buddhist tourist attraction at the north gate of the ancient city of Suzhou.

Beisi Pagoda is located at No. 1918 Renmin Road, Gusu District (formerly Pingjiang District). It is both a religious temple and a Suzhou garden.
