The tomb of Marquis Yi of Zeng is the tomb of Lord Yi of the Zeng Kingdom in the early Warring States Period. It is located on the eastern slope of Leigu Dun, two kilometers west of Suizhou City, Hubei. It was excavated in 1978 and is in the shape of a "Bu". There are more than 10,000 funerary objects, among which the unearthed The Chime Bells of Marquis Yi of Zeng (the original is stored in the Hubei Provincial Museum) is the most complete and largest set of bronze chimes discovered so far, providing precious physical and written materials for the study of the history of pre-Qin music.

The tomb of Zeng Hou Yi was excavated in 1978, dating from 433 BC or later. The pit was dug into red conglomerate and was a polygonal shaft tomb, measuring 16.5 meters from north to south and 21 meters from east to west. It had a built-in wooden coffin, and the outside of the coffin was filled with charcoal and green. The tomb owner is about 45 years old, and the victim is a female between 13 and 25 years old. The entire tomb is divided into four chambers: east, middle, north and west: the east chamber houses the double wooden coffin of Zeng Marquis Yi, with the outer coffin having a bronze frame, the inner coffin with painted doors and windows and guarding mythical beast warriors; the middle chamber houses the burial ritual instruments; the north chamber houses the burial ritual instruments; Weapons, chariots and horses are placed in the room; 13 wooden coffins for victims are placed in the west room.
