On the night of the Mid-Autumn Festival, if you look down at the water in front of the building from the Grand View Tower, you can see the body of Hangzhou West Lake's "Three Pools Reflecting the Moon." The locals call it "The Long Couple Reflecting the Moon." It is a good place to enjoy the moon and tour the lake.
