Bonsai Garden Introduction: Daguan Park Bonsai Garden covers an area of ​​4,500 square meters and is the largest bonsai garden in Kunming. The garden is full of lush trees, brilliant flowers, mountains and rivers, pavilions and corridors. Various bonsais are dotted here and there. Many old piles are more than a hundred years old. One of them, a double-striped crape myrtle with the word "Shou", was planted during the Qianlong period of the Qing Dynasty. It has been around for more than 200 years. It is said that in the early 1960s, a Chinese American invested US$30,000 in an unsuccessful attempt to buy it. Now it has become the treasure of the bonsai garden.
