Laizhou Yunfeng Mountain Scenic Area Tourism Guide

Scenic spot introduction:

Laizhou Yunfeng Mountain, also known as Bijia Mountain, is the highest mountain in Laizhou, Yantai. "Spring Peach", "Xia Huai" and "Autumn Maple" are the three most beautiful scenery in the mountain. It has high peaks, secluded valleys, and luxuriant forests, and the scenery is picturesque. It is named after the three peaks placed in a line, shaped like a traditional Chinese pen stand. The mountains are full of rugged rocks and numerous places of interest. From the foothills to the top of the mountain, there are 37 stone carvings by celebrities from past dynasties. Zheng Daozhao, the famous calligrapher and governor of Guangzhou in the Northern Wei Dynasty, who is famous at home and abroad, left 17 precious inscriptions on the cliffs of this mountain in 511 AD. In spring, Yunfeng Mountain is full of green pines and blooming flowers; in early summer, black locust flowers bloom and white snow falls; in autumn, pine waves surge and frost dyes maples red. It is a wonderful place for tourists to climb mountains, appreciate flowers and study the art of calligraphy. Yunfeng Mountain Scenic Area is located 15 miles south of Laizhou City.

The main attractions in the Yunfeng Mountain Scenic Area include: Zheng Wengong's Lower Stele, Hutou Rock, Shenquan Cave, Guanhai Children's Poetry, Zheng Wengong Stele Pavilion, Zheng Wengong Memorial Hall, The Book of Classics and Poetry Pavilion, Chinese Rose Garden, Dingfeng Pavilion and Desire Realm Qing. There are many cliff carvings.
