The book writes: There is a lake named Puda with "Eight Kinds of Virtues", which is quiet and quiet, and the water is clear to the eyes and clears the mind. There is a small island in the lake decorated with pearls, and the surrounding is infinitely beautiful. The meadows, dense forests and various tree species on the mountains are called the natural "Pudacuo National Forest Park" in Shuangqiao Town, Shangri-La County, Diqing Prefecture, Yunnan.

The park consists of Bitahai Nature Reserve, an internationally important wetland, and Duhu Scenic Area, part of the Hongshan area of ​​the "Three Parallel Rivers" world natural heritage. It is 22 kilometers away from Shangri-La County and is located at 99°59′16″-100° east longitude. 02′38″, north latitude 27°43′52″-27°58′30″, with a total area of ​​about 300 square kilometers. The park has mirror-like mountain lakes, pastures with beautiful water and abundant grass, wetlands with blooming flowers, and primeval forests where birds and animals often appear. The two beautiful freshwater lakes, Bitahai and Shudu Lake, are known as the pearls of the plateau. The lakes are rich in schizothorax and heavy lip fish. In autumn and winter, a large number of yellow ducks and other birds play by the lake, which is a natural attraction.
