How to get there:

To go to Palmyra, you must take a bus at the Pullman Long-distance Bus Station in Damascus. The bus fare is 200 Syrian pounds per person, and the whole journey takes about 3 hours. The drop-off point is about 5 kilometers away from the center of Palmyra. There are minivans available. The fare is about 30 Syrian pounds per person.
