The Yudu Central Red Army Long March Departure Site Memorial Garden is a comprehensive memorial garden that integrates patriotism education, sightseeing, and commemoration of great men, with the 25,000-mile Long March starting here as the background. From the evening of October 17th to 20th, 1934, a total of 87,000 people embarked on the long march from eight ferries including the East Gate. On the occasion of the 75th anniversary of the Central Red Army's Long March from Yudu, the current park was expanded based on the Central Red Army's First Long March Monument Park. The greening rate has reached more than 85%, and the environment is very beautiful. No matter when, there is an endless stream of people coming to visit and pay their respects. It is one of the 30 red tourist lines in the country.

The Memorial Park of the starting point of the Long March of the Central Red Army is located at the east end of Binjiang Avenue in the county, close to the Gongshui River and the Dujiang Bridge. The memorial park covers an area of ​​60 acres and is connected by walking paths. It consists of a visitor service center, a small square and theme sculptures, an assembly square, a memorial square, and the Memorial Hall of the starting point of the Long March of the Central Red Army. In recent years, the Long March 5 carrier rocket model has also settled here, closely integrating the city with the Long March spirit and aerospace technology.
