Introduction to the Memorial Garden: The Memorial Garden for the Departure Point of the Central Red Army’s Long March was formerly known as the Central Red Army’s First Crossing Monument Garden for the Long March. In 2009, on the occasion of commemorating the 75th anniversary of the Central Red Army's Long March from Yudu, in order to carry forward the spirit of the Long March and commemorate the great achievements of our ancestors, the Central Red Army's First Long March Crossing Monument Park was expanded and a new Central Red Army Long March Departure Memorial Park was built.
