Introduction to Huaiyin Academy: Huaiyin Academy was built in the Qianlong period of the Qing Dynasty (1736). When Zhang Peifang, a county resident, was in Shouzhou, he and many people raised funds to build it east of Zifu Temple in Guanshan. At first, we wanted to name it "Fanyu Academy" because there were towering ancient locust trees in the courtyard that covered the ground with dense shade, and there was the sound of bamboo in the mountain breeze. Na Yancheng, the governor of Zhili, inscribed the name "Huaiyin Academy" on his forehead. Self-loving scholars and quiet Confucians avoided the hustle and bustle of the city. Scholars from other places in the state came one after another, up to more than 100 people. In each subject, there were more than a few people who were famous and famous, so it was also called the Lower Academy.
