Introduction to the sacrificial pits: There are many sacrificial pits in the Yin Ruins ruins, mainly around the royal tombs, with more than 2,000 pits. There are a large number of remains of sacrificial sacrifices buried inside. Among them, 1,178 human skeletons were found in 191 sacrificial pits excavated in 1976 alone.
