Introduction to the origin of the museum: After more than ten years of collection by Zhao Xiaochang and Xue Yan, and with the joint efforts of more than a dozen collectors, a total of more than 40,000 pieces of relics of Shanxi merchants who have been doing business for five hundred years have been collected. Shanxi Yuanxin Group invested heavily and with the strong support of the Gaobeidian Township Government, it took one and a half years to build the Beijing Shanxi Merchants Museum.
