Partial introduction to the former site of the State Council: The main building has five floors, two wings with four floors each, and one underground floor. The main entrance faces west, that is, facing Suncheon Street. There are two square side columns and four ancient Greek-style columns in the foyer. The main building is covered with white marble on the outside, and the exterior walls of the group buildings are covered with brown ceramic tiles.
