Introduction to the Dujuan Pavilion: The Dujuan Pavilion has two floors and one base, is 15 meters high, and is supported by 24 vermilion columns. It was built in memory of the great poet Du Fu. In the first year of Emperor Yongtai of the Tang Dynasty (765 AD), Du Fu moved his family eastward from Chengdu. On the way, his lung disease recurred and he could not make the trip, so he stayed in Yunyang for nearly a year (11 months) and left forty-five poems. An immortal poem that expresses concern for the country and its people, as well as accumulated grief and anger. It is said that Shuige, Du Fu's residence at that time, was on the east side of the pavilion.
The ground floor of Dujuan Pavilion is the "Poetry and History Hall", which displays the white marble statue of Du Fu and related pictures and data. There are six groups of statues on the second floor: "Sleeping Fairy", "Longevity Star", "God of Wealth" and "Eight Immortals". On the third floor, there are sculptures such as "White Crane Great Immortal", "Thunder God", "Rain God", and "Lightning Empress".
