Stable introduction: The stable is where the Road Department keeps horses. The number of horses depends on the need. Once they are selected as horses for official use, they must be stamped on the buttocks, naturalized, and the supply of beans (feed) is determined. Beans contain grass, black beans, etc. The horses are inspected every year at the beginning of summer. Horses should be kept aside, and those who are old, sick, and unfit for use should be "out of age" (eliminated).
