Introduction to the Sino-Soviet Friendship Memorial Tower: The Sino-Soviet Friendship Memorial Tower is located in the center of the square in front of the Lushun Museum. It was completed in 1957. Zhou Enlai inscribed the foundation stone for the memorial tower. The top of the tower is decorated with lotus petals, with the Sino-Soviet friendship emblem inlaid in the petals.
