Introduction to the statue of Mr. Ning Encheng: Ning Encheng (1901-2000) was a native of Liaozhong County. When he was 23 years old, he was a Nankai student and shocked the academic world by publishing the article "Reincarnation Education"; at the age of 25, he was sponsored by Zhang Xueliang to go to London.
