The first person in China to discover the Dayao cultural relics is introduced: The old man in the picture is the first cultural researcher in the world to discover the Dayao cultural relics - Wang Yuping. Out of his interest in the origin of mankind, he traveled to almost every corner of Inner Mongolia to search for the remains of ancient human survival activities. He is a leader in the field of cultural relics and archaeology in Inner Mongolia. In 1973, Wang Yuping went to the rural areas in eastern Hohhot to collect cultural relics, and accidentally discovered scattered tunnel stones, stone tools and animal bone fossils on the hillside near Dayao Village, which is the "Dayao Cultural Site".
