Introduction to the World War II Allied Prisoner of War Camp: The Shenyang World War II Allied Prisoner of War Camp was a place set up by Japan in Shenyang during World War II to specifically detain Allied troops captured in the Pacific War. It was known as the "Fengtian Prisoner of War Camp" at the time. The camp is the central prisoner of war camp established by the Japanese army in Northeast China. It is also the most complete one among the 18 prisoner of war camps established by Japan in its homeland and overseas occupied areas during World War II.
