Introduction to Wenshu Hall: Wenshu Hall is located on the north side of the temple gate. It is seven rooms wide and four rooms deep. Its scale is second only to the main hall. The temple was first built in 1137, rebuilt in 1351 AD, and repaired again in 1953. In order to expand the space inside the hall, the Manjusri Hall adopted a special method of reducing columns in its structure, forming a "herringbone truss" similar to today's, which is rare among ancient Chinese buildings.
