Its full name is "The Monument of the Martyrs Fallen in the Anti-Japanese War". The stele was built in 1932. It is 7.7 meters high and covers an area of ​​91 square meters. The stele is a square column granite stele. The names of 1983 martyrs are engraved around it. These 1983 martyrs were members of the 60th Division of the 19th Route Army and the 60th Division. The First Division, the Seventy-eighth Division, and the First Division supplemented the heroes who died in the Songhu Anti-Japanese War.
