Introduction to Xingping Fishing Village: Yangshuo Xingping Fishing Village is located on the east side of the Li River, on the other side of Liyu Mountain. It was built during the Zhengde period of the Ming Dynasty (1506-1521). There is a big fish pond and a big sandbar in the village, which is named Fish Pond Island. Villagers have made a living by fishing for generations, and the trained cormorants are their right-hand assistants in fishing. In addition, the use of bamboo rafts instead of wooden boats as a floating tool for fishing is another feature of the fishing village that is different from most other places in my country.
