Introduction to the pontoon: There is a pontoon composed of more than 30 steel boats connected on the Xinjiang River in front of Jiushan Mountain, with a total length of more than 160 meters. The floating bridge was originally named "Hekou Shijiang Lishe Floating Bridge". It was founded in the 14th year of Guangxu's reign in the Qing Dynasty (1908), and its original location was Dahangdu. The bridge floats on the water and can be closed or separated. It is convenient for the passage of boats and can avoid the impact of floods. It is an important passage from Hekou Town to Xintan Township and some villages in Shangrao and Hengfeng counties. A severe flood in 1998 completely destroyed the original wooden estuary pontoon bridge. The current pontoon bridge was rebuilt in June 2004.
