Introduction to the room of Hong Xiuquan and his wife: The first room at the west end is the room of Hong Xiuquan and his wife. The interior furnishings are simple, with only a wooden bed, a wardrobe, a table and a few stools in the Hakka style. His eldest son Hong Tiangui (later the young king of the Taiping Heavenly Kingdom) was born in 1849. He was born here on the 9th day of October. The remaining houses were occupied by his brothers, sister-in-law, sisters and others.
