Introduction to Dachengmen: Dachengmen is taken from "Mencius", which means "Confucius calls Dachengmen". Dacheng's facade is 29 meters wide. In the old days, halberds and other halberds were placed on both sides of the gate to serve as ceremonial guards for welcoming feudal emperors or imperial envoys, so it was also called the Halberd Gate. Dacheng Gate is divided into three gates: left, middle and right. The middle gate is specially used for the emperor to enter and exit during sacrifices. Princes and princes can only go through the left and right gates. General officials can only go through the "Golden Sound" and "Yuzhen" small gates at both ends of the Halberd Gate. Behind the gate It is the second courtyard of the Confucian Temple.
