It is engraved with "Civil and military officials, soldiers and civilians are waiting here to dismount." The monument is 2.8 meters high, 0.62 meters wide, and 0.31 meters thick. The text is Double hook regular script. The names of the streets and alleys "Dongzhi Maying" and "Xizhi Maying" near Chaotian Palace are both named after this monument.
