Introduction to Nanjing City History Exhibition: "Dragon and Tiger Roaming - Nanjing City History Exhibition" uses the cultural relics in the collection and Nanjing local documents and materials, and follows the context of historical development, divided into from ancient times to the Qin and Han Dynasties, the Six Dynasties, the Sui, Tang, Song, Yuan, and Ming dynasties. The five units of the Qing Dynasty and the Republic of China comprehensively represent the history and culture of Nanjing with outstanding people and profound cultural accumulation, focusing on the major events and important figures in the history of Nanjing. In terms of display content, we break through the limitations of cultural relics exhibits and use a large number of historical materials such as documents, photos, and archives. In terms of display formats, we boldly try a variety of display languages, new technologies, and new materials, and use restored scenes and creative paintings to recreate history. . More than 1,600 cultural relics are on display.
