Nanjing Ganxi’s Former Residence Travel Guide - Folk Sculptures

Introduction to folk sculptures: In 1982, the Nanjing Municipal Cultural Relics Department discovered the former residence of Gan Xi with "ninety-nine and a half rooms" during a cultural relics survey. In order to effectively utilize and reproduce the style of Jiangnan residential buildings during the Ming and Qing Dynasties, the cultural relics department restored some buildings. The Nanjing Folklore Museum was built and opened to the public in November 1992.
