Introduction to the Royal Stele Pavilion: The Royal Stele Pavilion is not far from the lake and was built in 2007 to protect the Royal Stele. The "Three Steles of the Imperial Order" in the pavilion were discovered in March 2002. They are made of bluestone, 2.21 meters high, 0.94 meters wide and 0.22 meters thick. The lower part of the stele is connected to the base by mortise and tenon joints. The front of the stele is engraved with the seal script "Three Steles of the Imperial Order" and cloud patterns. The sides of the stele are engraved with curly grass patterns, and part of the inscription is unclear. This stele was engraved in the 13th year of Emperor Kangxi's reign in the Qing Dynasty (1674). The content of this stele is that Shangyuan County of Jiangning Prefecture was granted permission by the Qing government to exempt taxes and pay silver due to the decrease in the number of households in the Xiaoling Mausoleum.
