Introduction to Lingyan Temple: Lingyan Temple is located on Beiyan Temple and is also called the Upper Court. It was built by Seng Guyue in the first year of Taiping's rejuvenation of the Song Dynasty (976), and it experienced several ups and downs during this period. During the "Cultural Revolution", Buddhist statues were destroyed and temples were severely damaged. In 1989, the masses raised funds to rebuild the temple, reshape the golden body, and hold a consecration ceremony.
