Introduction from the Provincial Department of Finance: The former site of the Shandong Provincial Department of Finance (Sanyutang) covers an area of 1,859 square meters and houses the Provincial Department of Finance exhibition room. Ai Chunan serves as director and president of Beihai Bank. While doing a good job in wartime fiscal and taxation work in the base area, the Department of Finance also took care of food work. In 1946, the Finance Department had a total of 24 people. In March 1949, it was renamed the Finance Department of Shandong Provincial Government, and moved to Jinan with the provincial government in April of the same year.
