Shandong Provincial Government and The 115th Division Headquarters of the Eighth Route Army The old site is a well-preserved ancient building complex from the Ming and Qing dynasties. It is located in Dadian Town, Junan County, Linyi City, Shandong Province, a famous cultural town with a long history in southeastern Shandong. Junan County once became the command center of the Party, government and military of Shandong Province and was known as the "Little Yan'an". The old site was originally the "old hall" of the Dadian Zhuang family and was a quadrangle structure. The 115th Division Headquarters of the Eighth Route Army , Shandong Branch of the Communist Party of China The Provincial War Labor Union was stationed here for a long time. On August 13, 1945, the first provincial government of the Communist Party of China, the Shandong Provincial Government, was established here.
