Introduction to Gao'an Ge: Gao'an Ge is located on the second floor of Gao'an Hotel on Hengshan Road. It is a Cantonese restaurant. The owner of Gao An Ge, Mr. Zhu, moved to Hong Kong with his parents when he was a child, and moved to Australia after 1997. Mr. Zhu was very fond of food when he was a child and has always had a dream, hoping to share the best culinary delicacies with more people. In Australia, Mr. Zhu co-founded a farm and two high-end Hong Kong-style restaurants with his friends. Most of the raw materials used in the restaurants came from his own farm. Mr. Zhu hopes to share the delicious taste of combining natural, pollution-free Australian beef with Hong Kong-style cooking methods with more Chinese people, so he returned to his hometown of Shanghai in 2009 and founded Gao Ange.
